CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION 

This Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which customers ("User" / "Customer") purchase products from Happy Organs Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") through its website www.happyorgans.in, including its mobile version and applications (collectively, the "Website").

By placing an order on the Website, the User agrees to be bound by this Policy along with the Terms of Use and other applicable policies of the Company.

2. CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE RIGHTS

Subject to this Policy, the User may apply for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange of products purchased through the Website.

2.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. 
  • Once an order is dispatched or marked "Out for Delivery, cancellation shall not be permitted.

2.2 Delivery Delay

  • If an order is not dispatched within 2 business days, the User may request a full refund, subject to verification with logistics
    partners.

2.3 Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement requests shall be accepted only under the following
conditions:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Expired product
  • Leakage or spillage
  • Tampered or opened packaging at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Any verifiable quality-related issue 

All return, refund, or exchange requests shall be subject to applicable
laws.

3. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

3.1 General Exclusions 

A product shall not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange in the following cases.

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • The request is not initiated within the timelines specified in this Policy
  • The product is opened and causes personal reactions (e.g., rashes, stomach upset, headache) or dissatisfaction due to taste/flavour preferences.
  • The User fails to provide necessary information for investigation
  • The returned product is not the same as delivered

3.2 Customer Responsibility

Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Carefully review product composition, ingredients, dosage, and usage instructions
  • Check compatibility with personal health conditions
  • Read all disclaimers and product specifications before placing an order

Placing an order constitutes confirmation that the Customer has exercised due diligence.

4. TIMELINES FOR RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE

Requests must be raised within the following timelines:

  • Same day of delivery: If packaging is open or seal is broken
  • Within 2 business days: If product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Within 3 days of delivery: For any other eligible cases

Requests raised beyond these timelines shall not be accepted.

5. RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate a request, the User must email info@happyorgans.in with:

  • Order details
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • Any additional information requested by the Company Verification & Approval
  • The Company may request further details for investigation
  • Approval or rejection shall be at the sole discretion of the company Post-Approval
  • The Company will arrange pickup of the product (where applicable)
  • Upon successful verification:

- Replacement will be provided (subject to availability), or
- Refund will be processed

6. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged for approved requests, subject to serviceability
  • Users must ensure:

- Proper packaging
- Correct labelling with order details

The Company shall not be responsible for:

  • Returns of products not purchased from the Website
  • Loss, damage, or rejection due to improper packaging

7. REFUND POLICY 

  • Refunds shall be processed within 15 business days from approval

Mode of Refund

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

- Bank transfer (subject to sharing valid bank details), or
- Wallet credit (if applicable)

Limitation

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Banking systems
  • Payment gateways
  • External factors beyond the Company's control

8. ORDERS AND CANCELLATION BY COMPANY

8.1 Acceptance of Orders

The Company may require additional verification before accepting any order and reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

8.2 Suspicious Orders

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order identified as suspicious, including but not limited to:

Promotional benefits used in such orders may not be refunded.

9. HIGH FRAUD RISK USERS 

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if classified as High Fraud Risk, including cases where:

  • Payment verification fails
  • False or incomplete information is provided
  • Misuse of vouchers or multiple accounts
  • High return frequency
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Repeated compensation claims without valid justification

All benefits, credits, or rewards may be forfeited in such cases.

10. CANCELLATION BY USER 

  • If cancellation is requested before shipment, a full refund shall be processed
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
  • In such cases, Users must initiate a return after delivery (subject to eligibility)

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Health-related claims arising from product usage (unless required under applicable law)
  • Delays due to logistics, banking, or external factors
  • Any loss exceeding the value of the product purchased

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

13. MODIFICATION OF POLICY
